Nice day

My flu's clearing up, not going thru endless amounts of tissues today & the colour's going back to the normal colour.. lol.. cough's still a lil phlegmy but not raking up tt often.. funnily when I was visiting my God-daughter, not a nose-blowing need or cough escaped me.. lol..

Yep, I finally saw my God-daughter, Sharlotte Anne today.. sweet lil angel, carried her for abt 30-45 minutes & she slept so peacefully even her mouth was open.. heh heh.. it's been a lil crazy on the weather tho'.. I just sat there with her in my arms & my shirt was still soaked thru.. sheesh.. the poor angel must also be irritated being all wrapped up & stuffy, but tt's to protect her frm her flaying arms. She's 5 days old now but already such a sweetheart, lovely cheeks, lips & eyes.. heck, I'm cooing over her like she's my own =p

Went to the Zoo in the late morning to, with my folks & my Bear... haven't been there in a while, the last I was there was to do research on the animals for my final graduation showcase 2 years back & then Steve Irwin was still alive (bless that man's soul) I remember hearing some news going around when we were there that Steve Irwin was popping by for a brief visit & would be co-hosting the Animal Show.. so we tried seeing if we could catch a glimpse of tt famous Crocodile Hunter. Even as my friends & I sat there in the audience watching the Animal Show, I wasn't too sure if the passing rumours were true but in the end, the man himself appeared. Sure it lasted a mere 5 minutes or less but he was his usual joking, jovial self & I got to take two pictures of the man before he was whisked away. Tt was the only time I saw the Crocodile Hunter.
