Am on-call this wk.. was supposed to be teaching but numbers weren't growing 'cos of the Public Holiday tmr.. not many were keen on coming back for another day of class of Sat & quite a few parents I spoke to say their child is still having their regular day-care school hours. At least, I got the wk "off" until I get called in to do a cover.. got the time to work some other stuff, which was great.
Managed to plow thru the tons of bks in the Bkrm & picked out 64 bks for the Nursery Packs for nxt term.. kinda fun doing it.. heh heh.. going thru bks after bks.. 1st time I'm doing this, so hope the bks I chose will do fine =p Also found out today that I'll be taking over my collegue's job as a Nursery Co-ordinator nxt term.. tt means a whole lot of job responsibilties tt I'll have to take on, overseeing & delegating jobs to those in the Nursery Department.. *gulp* Hope I'll do fine coping with it all & I wonder if tt could mean a lil wage increase.. heh heh =p
New challenges to undertake & face in a mth's time so I hope all will be well!
