1st entry for the mth of August

It's Aug. now.. man, time's moving even faster than ever.. Aiyee!!! Have lotsa stuff to be completed at work by nxt wk & to add to tt, I've to email parents updates of their child.. Whew!! The kids at Chiltern are also gonna be taking their YPC in 2 wks & I need a miracle.. have no idea how they'll do.. URGH!!! It's so hard for 'em to retain what we've gone thru in class & I won't even have the time to brief 'em again before they go for their exam.. tt's what's making me all nervy.. bleah

Was gd having Thurs to Sat off... got to really rest & recharge.. heh heh.. Wednesday was the day I went for my company's Dinner & Dance.. I didn't go last yr 'cos wasn't into the theme & even with this yr I didn't want to go too but was "persuaded" to go along & so I did. I must say tt even tho' the costume I had to rent was not my fancy & drove me nuts.. LOL.. i nonetheless had a blast. Food was not too bad, entertainment was nice (my EduDrama Dept. also put up a show), company was great & the dancing segment later was awesome =) LOL.. it was interesting seeing everyone get onto the dance floor & boogie the night away til almost 2am =p I had also taken lots of pics & ended up having supper with a friend & by the time I got home, it was almost close to 4am.. heh heh.. haven't stayed out tt late ever.. hahah

Just had another ex-classmate inform me she's getting married in Nov & I'm like "Aiyeee!!!!" I've now come to the stage where ppl I know are marrying off constantly... lol.. yeah, I've now reached a quarter of a century in terms of my age.. gd gosh *monkey-face* Well, at the rate things are happening in our world, I wonder if we'll live long enough to see many more yrs..
